Where is my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. On occasion we will put items on pre-order which means you can secure your item ahead of them being available to ship. We will always list in the individual item description when these orders are due to ship.
You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and tracking number which you can use to check the whereabouts of your order. You can also keep an eye on your orders through the Shop app.
If you haven’t received an order confirmation email or you’re worried your order has taken too long to arrive you can email us at email@example.com with your full name and order number.
How do you ship my order?
All orders are shipped in recyclable packaging via a tracked or signed service. All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail on their 24/48hr service. You can upgrade for guaranteed next day with DHL for £10.
Most EU orders are sent with Royal Mail international signed for service. We have chosen this service as it is reliable and has some of the lowest taxes and duties fees.
All other international orders are sent with either DHL, Royal Mail or FedEx.
How will my order arrive?
We try to limit the use of unnecessary materials as much as possible while still providing a luxury experience. Our scarves, pyjamas and robes arrive beautifully presented in one of our blue or lilac gift boxes and our eye masks come packaged in a silk drawstring bag. Some items may arrive in a plastic sleeve for hygiene purposes.
Can I have my order gift wrapped?
Yes! We offer a gift wrap service with personalised notes. Our gift wrap features one of our prints which changes seasonally. Your item will be placed in one of our gift boxes and wrapped with printed paper and tied with ribbon.
How do I return my order?
You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your package. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide a return address.
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot provide free returns.

I live in the EU, will I need to pay import customs and duties on my purchase?
Unfortunately, due to Brexit, if you live within the EU there will be customs and duties to pay on any purchases. We send all of our EU packages via Royal Mail who have the lowest fees to keep costs down for our customers. This means that currently customers are liable for any additional import costs however we are working on being able to send EU items DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) so keep costs down for our customers.
How do I know which size to buy?
Our size guide has comprehensive measurements and a reference for sizing for the UK, EU and US. You can find this on the individual product pages or on our size guide page. Our pyjamas are cut with a little extra room so we recommend going for your usual size.
What fabrics do you use?
For our pyjamas we use Mulberry Silk, GOTs certified Organic Cotton, Recycled Polyester and Rayon. You can read more about each fabric here.
Where are your products made?
Our scarves are made near Lake Como in Italy and our pyjamas and cushion covers are made in our certified factory in China. For more information please email email@example.com
What makes your products special?
Where do we begin? All of our products feature illustrations that are hand drawn by Karen Mabon. The more you look, the more there is to see. We are continuously developing our product range to feature new styles and fits season to season. We welcome feedback especially about our sizing. All of our clothing runs from a size XS-5X and we want to make sure we have got the best fit possible.
Who is Karen Mabon?
Karen Mabon is a designer and illustrator based in London. She launched her eponymous label in 2013 after attending London’s Royal College of Art. Known for her signature illustrative silk scarves, she has now expanded to include a wide collection of luxury apparel, accessories and homeware.
Where is Karen from?
Karen Mabon grew up in the Black Isle in Scotland, surrounded by nature, escaping into a world of old Hollywood glamour, vintage collectibles and dazzling beauty.
What are Karen’s main inspirations?
Each of her illustrations tell its own story with characters, creatures and curiosities springing to life. With collaborations ranging from museums and palaces to skincare, movies and airports, Karen Mabon loves bringing joy and print to new places.
Do you hire interns?
We occasionally take on paid interns. These will always be advertised on our careers page and our Instagram so follow us there to keep up to speed. Unfortunately we can’t facilitate unpaid placements.
Can I buy pyjamas or scarves with an old print?
All of our products are produced in limited runs so unfortunately when they sell out they’re gone. Occasionally a stockist may hold some left over stock or you might get lucky with someone looking to sell theirs on eBay or another reselling platform.
