SHIPPING
Order before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, and your order will be on its way within 24 hours. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on UK public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
During sale periods and other busy times, please allow up to two working days for dispatch.
All duties and taxes are included, wherever you are in the world. The price you pay at checkout is the price you pay — there is nothing to settle when your parcel arrives.
UK DELIVERY
Standard — £4.95
Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Please allow 5–9 working days from placing your order.
Express — £7.95
Please allow 3–6 working days from placing your order. A signature is required on delivery, so please make sure someone is there to receive it.
Free shipping on orders over £200. Applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.
THE LIMITED EDITION SCARF — TWO PARCELS, NOT ONE
If your order qualifies for the limited edition scarf, it will arrive separately from the rest of your order.
Your order ships straight away, on the timings above. The scarves are being made after this collection closes, and will be sent out in mid-September. You do not need to do anything — we have your address, and your scarf will follow on its own tracking number.
Only fifty of these are being made, and they will never be made again.

Every order is tracked. You will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched.
Expedited international delivery is available at additional cost — email shop@karenmabon.com and we will arrange it.
RETURNS
If something isn't right, you are entitled to an exchange or a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Email shop@karenmabon.com and we will send you a return address.
Once you have contacted us, please send the item back within the following 14 days. Items returned after that window are eligible for an exchange or credit note rather than a refund.
Returned items must be in their original condition, with any boxes or labels still intact.
We are not able to offer free returns. Parcels remain your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend using a tracked or signed-for service. Karen Mabon Ltd does not accept liability for goods lost on their way back to us.
Refunds are processed as soon as your return arrives with us. Please allow 3–5 working days for the money to appear in your account.

Delivery estimates are a guide. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
We are unable to redirect an order once it has been dispatched.
