Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING 

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day they are placed (with the exception of weekends) but please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch. 

UK DELIVERY

Standard 

Standard shipping is £4.95. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. All UK Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Next Day

Next Day delivery is £7.95 and is available on UK orders placed Monday-Friday before 3:30pm. A signature is required for this service so please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We are not responsible for failed deliveries.  

During busy periods and sales we cannot guarantee that your package will be dispatched on the same day the order is placed. Please allow two business days during these peak times. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. Please note customers are responsible for paying any import duties & taxes which may be charged upon delivery. 

International Shipping:

Europe £7.95
International £9.95

Expedited international delivery is available at an additional cost - please contact shop@karenmabon.com to discuss this option.

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked. A tracking number will be provided following dispatch, a signature is not needed on delivery. Items usually arrive within 5-7 working days however please note that international shipments can take up to 3 weeks. 

RETURNS

You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your package. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at shop@karenmabon.com and we will provide a return address. 

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot provide free returns.  

Please contact us within 14 days once you receive your item if you wish to return your it. Goods must then be sent back within the following 14 days from contact for a refund. Goods that are sent back past the 14 days after contacting us will only be eligible for an exchange or credit note.

Returned items must be in the original condition they arrived in with any boxes or labels still intact. 

The refund/exchange will be processed on receipt. Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer's responsibility until they are received by Karen Mabon Ltd. We recommend sending all returns back via a tracked or signed service. Please note Karen Mabon Ltd. does not accept liability for returned goods.

Please allow 3-5 days working days for refunds to show in your account.

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

If you provide an email address you will be provided with delivery notification and a tracking number.
